At Active Streetwear, we want to ensure your gear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include any documentation; ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once received.
